See where your money goes
We save money where we can so that we can provide you acupuncture at a reasonable rate. However, when it comes to our tribe, our space, and our planet, we go all in.
Caring For Our Tribe
We spend a little more to be high touch with the people we care about, including you and our staff.
Where we spend
Caring For Our Planet
Unfortunately, it still costs $$$ to be green. But we refuse to let that keep us from scrupulously protecting our natural environment. Read more about our earth-friendly practices here.
Caring For Our Space
We don't cut corners keeping our spaces clean, safe, and calm for the people who enjoy them.
1 percent of our total sales always goes back to the Earth.

Insurance Appointments
If you have health insurance, we may be able to bill your insurance for some or all of your acupuncture visit costs if your plan covers acupuncture. At Turtle Tree, we are in-network with the following companies:

-
Aetna
-
Cigna
-
United Healthcare
-
Veterans Affairs Community Care Network
-
Government Employees Health Association

Unfortunately, we are not covered directly by Medicare or Medicaid at this time. We do accept select Medicare Part C (Medicare Advantage) plans administered by some of the companies listed above.
If we are not in-network with your insurance company, you may still be able to seek reimbursement for your visits if your individual insurance plan covers acupuncture.
We're grateful to be living in a time when more and more health insurance companies are covering acupuncture. Unfortunately, some companies and plans still do not cover acupuncture, and most others put maximum limits on the number of acupuncture visits allowed in a year; limits that are often reached before you find full and lasting relief.

We want to make sure that doesn't happen to you. If your health insurance does not cover acupuncture, you run out of insurance visits over the course of a year, or you don't have health insurance at all, don't worry, we've got you covered with our Packages.
Plans & Pricing Rules
The time-of service rate for a single acupuncture visit is $95. Time-of-service rates are discounted from amounts billed to insurance due to reduced administrative work, billing, and holds on payment. Package rates are time-of-service rates with a bulk discount. Discounted rates are only valid if payment for acupuncture is received the day of or in advance of treatment. Packages may not be used toward any insurance deductibles, coinsurance, or copays.

Rates are subject to change at any time. A 3-5% rate increase on select products and services should be expected once per year to keep up with rising costs.

Packages must be paid in full before use. Regular packages expire one year after purchase. If a refund is requested after use of a package has begun, an amount equal to the original purchase price of the package minus the price of each of the used visits at the current base rate will be refunded.
