Decisions and weights

The following might seem obvious, but it’s not common practice:

Invest lightly in small decisions (like what to wear), and revisit rarely. Invest heavily in big decisions (like which career to pursue), and revisit often.

Big decisions are scary to make and even scarier to change. It's safer to distract ourselves with the little ones.
