Eyelid alert system

My eyelids let me know when I've been eating poorly.

One end of the Stomach channel sits right in the middle of the lower lid.

Redness, styes, itchy lids are often a result of stagnation in the Stomach below. Spicy foods especially affect the eyes since heat and fire tend to move upward.

My eyelids also alert me when I've been worrying too much since excessive worry constrains the Stomach.
